        Planning

        A Statement of Work is drawn that defines the project goals and scope. A GANTT chart outlines milestones and required tasks, as well as assigns resources to each task. The GANTT chart is maintained throughout the project to track progress

        Requirements Elicitation

        The client receives a system walkthrough. Current business processes, trouble points and wish lists are reviewed, as well as necessary customizations and integrations. The GANTT chart is updated

        Install Configured Base System

        A staging environment is established, which includes all hardware and a base version of the software solution. Client staff get an opportunity to get hands on experience with the solution

        Development

        Development of customizations and integrations based on collected requirements is performed based on the budget and schedule established in the GANTT chart

        5

        Training

        A training environment is established after development is complete. Training session with Client trainers to transfer knowledge (train the trainer)

        User Approved Testing

        A testing environment is established, as well as test scripts to validate the project requirements by Client testing user. Any gaps or change requests are addressed in this stage

        7

        Roll-out

        A pilot site is established. Pilot location and timeframe is determined by the Client, with Infocorp team input. Once the pilot is complete a staggered roll out of the remaining location is initiated. This stage will also ensure contingencies, backups and recovery mechanisms are tested as well
