Meet Over the Rainbow

Over the Rainbow is a single-store location that was founded in 1975. They are an established retailer in the prestigious shopping district of Yorkville, Toronto. They specialize in men's and ladies denim and casual clothing with many well-known brands such as Calvin Klein, Levis, Edwin, and Diesel.

Joel Carman, Founder/Owner of Over the Rainbow, installed Infocorp's Softwear/POS in 1995 and explained to us the benefits he has seen since then. Joel found that mistakes were being made too often and his staff was unable to be as efficient as they could be. Joel explained, "A manual system is only as good as the person who maintains it. It was really hard to train new employees on the old system and because of this, mistakes were being made and fixing these mistakes consumed a lot of time."
