"Our old system was very cumbersome to work with. We were expanding significantly, and the system didn't provide the information we needed to control inventory and our customer base. We knew we needed a new system that could handle our expansion," said Cheri.
Understand Their Choice
Cheri shopped for a new retail management system for approximately six months. She then installed Infocorp's Softwear/POS in the summer of 1996. Cheri stated, "We chose to purchase Infocorp's system because they were the best match for us and they provide cost-effective retail solutions. They provide the reporting that we need for our stores, they have the ability to handle all of our customer management needs, and the system is able to scale to the amount the store expands."
