Dave's Music Den is a single-store, family owned establishment which has been in business since 1986. They are a unique store which specializes in all types of print music and music related gifts. They were having a difficult time trying to keep track of their inventory and also felt the cash register was slowing them down at the point of sale. Theresa stated, "We were using inventory cards with our cash register, which made keeping track of our inventory an absolute nightmare. Also our customers needed to wait too long when making their purchases because of the manual entries."

"We have at least 500 piano teachers who shop at our store on a regular basis and we do mail-outs to this group of customers. The Customer Management module allows us to keep track and update their information right at the Cash Register. This makes it extremely convenient and helpful when producing the mailing labels."
