If you are a current customer who needs to authorize Softwear/POS™, you can speed up the process by completing the form below. Please note. An Authorization Code renewal is now applicable. This annual fee is to help improve authorization code production processes, and communications systems, and to help offset rising costs of having experienced Softwear/P.O.S. Clarion database and DOS operating system resources available for emergency product support and the administration of the authorization code key production system. These costs have increased significantly, as have communication and utility costs. The fee is based on product licenses in use, in order to ensure that all licenses are contributing fairly to the availability of authorization code production, program administration, and emergency resources for ad hoc inquiries
To speed up processing of authorization renewals, please fill in your company information, including the security code the system has given you, into the form below and submit this information to Infocorp. Infocorp’s Support Department will return the form to you, complete with date and authorization code information. The Support Department will give you three days worth of authorization codes; each day has a different code. Only one day needs to be entered on the authorization screen to authorize the software.
