Ownership

Infocorp's ownership structure has matured significantly since the company was started by five founders in 1987. Today, Infocorp is a publicly traded company, listed on TSX and operates as an independent company.

Chief Executive Officer

Dwayne Mathers
Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd, SLMsoft.com Inc.
Dwayne Mathers joined Infocorp as Chief Executive Officer in 2000. Dwayne also serves as VP of Corporate Strategy at SLMsoft.com where he is responsible for business analysis, market entry strategy and business planning.

Dwayne brings extensive expertise in strategic planning and competitive analysis. Prior to joining the SLM group of companies, he was a Senior Manager within the Braxton Associates strategy practice of Deloitte & Touche and led a number of competitive strategy and business planning projects in both the financial services and technology sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte, Dwayne spent a number of years in the electronic engineering and quality management fields. He is a published author, whose publications include ISO 9000 & Beyond - from compliance to performance improvement. While at Deloitte, Dwayne designed the firm's quality management system, and under his guidance, Deloitte became the first big six consulting practice to achieve ISO 9001 certification.

Chief Financial Officer

Khurram Qureshi
Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd.
Mr. Qureshi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and has 13 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. Prior to his current position as Chief Financial Officer at SLMsoft, Mr. Qureshi worked as a manager at a regional accounting firm managing medium to large audit accounts. Mr. Qureshi has actively consulted to other public and private companies, including SLMsoft, on several corporate finance matters.

Govin Misir, Chairman of the Board

Govin Misir is Chairman and CEO of SLMsoft.com, which owns approximately 49% of Infocorp's common shares. Govin has 20 years of technology and financial service expertise. He founded SLMsoft.com Inc. in 1986, and has established the company as a global leader in electronic commerce solutions. SLMsoft.com pioneered open system technology for electronic transaction management. Guided by Govin's vision and market insight, SLMsoft.com has achieved leadership as one of the world's premier providers of the broadest, integrated solution suite for electronic financial service delivery.

Prior to founding SLMsoft.com, Govin headed up software development and on-line transaction processing at Canada Permanent Trust, one of Canada's major financial institutions. Govin is a director on the Board of The Trillium Foundation, an Ontario government agency that funds various social projects in Ontario.

Carl Arjoon
Carl Arjoon has been an Employee Advisor to the Government of Manitoba, Department of Labour since 1989. He advocates for ministry employees, with emphasis on the interpretation of regulations, written and oral appeals. He also provides training and education to groups with special interest in Workers Compensation Legislation and practices. During the year of 1997 to 1998, Mr. Arjoon took a leave of absence to oversee the establishment of SLM Barbados, where he acted as a liaison to the Barbados government ensuring it complied with the tax treaty agreements between Canada.

Ron Dhanna
Ron Dhanna is a retired business executive with over 30 years of North American and International business experience. He has managed projects in several countries and has a strong understanding of international regulations and business practices. He was most recently a director and officer to SLM Barbados, a position he held from 1989 to 2001.
